How the method works
The stages of ISIDOR implementation
The method is carried out in five stages.
For each stage, ISIDOR specifies:
the objectives of the stage, its content, the main actor, the other actors involved, the inputs for the stage, the outputs for the stage, the validation method, the resources used, the key points/points to watch out for, the typical risks and the help available (internal to ISIDOR or external links).
The five stages of ISIDOR:
- Stage 1. Launching the ISIDOR assessment within the organisation: scoping, communication
- Stage 2. Gathering information and documents on the components of the application to be analysed.
- Stage 3. Preparation and conduct of interviews
- Stage 4. Analysis of the material collected (interviews and documents) in relation to the five dimensions of democracy. Drafting of the provisional version of the report.
- Stage 5. Conclusion of the ISIDOR assessment: presentation of the results and joint development of both the assessment and the areas for improvement.
