Evaluation tables

Evaluation tables

Evaluation tables are the final tools in the method.

An evaluation table corresponds to an analysis grid, and therefore to a dimension.

Evaluation tables help to finalise the diagnosis.

They can also be used independently of ISIDOR.

They are available as a support tool in APIDOR.

Each table contains a limited list of points summarising the questions in the corresponding analysis grid.

These tables allow each point to be scored from 0 to 5, with 0 representing a major negative impact on well-being and citizenship at work and organisational democracy, and 5 representing a maximum positive impact.

Please note the scoring system: it is the impact on organisational democracy that is being assessed.

The wording of certain questions may lead to scoring errors.

For example, question 3 of the Autonomy assessment table is worded as follows: ‘Level of constraint in data entry: possibility of entering items not on the list, free text, etc.’. If this level of constraint is high, a low score should be given.
