How to manage an IT project to produce a high-performance IS that ensures good working conditions

The APIDOR method
APIDOR is an inclusive method of supporting IT projects through democratic dialogue. It is based on a risk prevention approach, particularly with regard to health and well-being at work, and promotes democratic dialogue during digital projects.
APIDOR considers democratic dialogue to be an integral part of digital project management.
It facilitates mediation between traditional stakeholders and those involved in democratic dialogue to ensure that the developed system guarantees the well-being of future users and contributes to organisational performance.
The ISIDOR method
ISIDOR measures the influence of an existing digital information system (software, applications, etc.) on well-being at work and the level of democracy within the organisation.
The idea is to be able to assess whether the IT system in question improves or degrades working conditions and organisational democracy, and if so, to what extent and in what specific ways.
ISIDOR is also a toolbox that can be used independently of the method.
